1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for:

To qualify for a return, items must be:

- Reported within 7 days of delivery

3. Refunds & Replacements
- If a replacement is requested, we will ship a new item at no additional cost.
- If a refund is preferred, we will process it within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items reported after the 7-day return window
- Personalized or custom-made items
